Hi! I’m Karen

I’m passionate about mentoring ambitious individuals who are ready to unearth and embody their true selves.

My journey from elite athlete to mentor taught me the value of holistic well-being. 

For years, I struggled with the demands of high performance. I pursued sports and achievements as coping mechanisms — until these strategies no longer worked.

I was forced to discover a new approach, which is what I’d love to share with you.

My approach

I take a holistic approach to our mentorship sessions. This means I meet you where you are, uncovering the aspect of self you haven’t attended to. With effort and ease, we work with resistance at a sustainable pace to achieve your goals.

My qualifications

I embody what I teach. Beyond my daily devotion to holistic practices and ongoing studies, I have an academic background in human performance and sports psychology, coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Kriya teacher certification from Radiant Body Yoga.

A 30-min complimentary one-on-one exploratory session designed to give you a taste of my mentorship. We cover how I help you experience more joy through the balance of effort and ease whether you’re aiming to elevate your performance or approach life’s challenges more mindfully.

One-on-One Mentorship

This offering is a 3-month devotion and includes bi-weekly 60-minute mentorship sessions tailored to fuel your momentum toward achieving your goals. Additionally, you will receive bi-weekly custom-tailored and guided Kriya practices designed to integrate the mentorship work, enhancing your energy alignment and embodiment of insights.
