I help athletes—whether competitive, lifestyle, or retired—cultivate mental clarity, emotional balance, and sustainable energy in their movement and daily life.

My own journey from elite athlete to coach taught me that true performance isn’t just about effort—it’s about alignment. For years, I chased achievements, using sport as a coping mechanism, until I realized that pushing harder wasn’t the answer.

I had to shift from proving to improving, learning to harness my energy with intention rather than depletion. This transformation is the foundation of my Mindfulness + Mindset Coaching—a holistic approach that blends breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mindset shifts to help you find ease within effort.

I take a holistic approach to coaching, meeting you where you are, and uncovering what’s been overlooked—whether in mindset, energy, or emotional resilience. Through mindfulness and mindset work, we navigate blocks at a sustainable pace, helping you harness your effort with intention. My qualifications

I embody what I teach—living my work through daily holistic practices and continuous study. My background blends Western performance science and Eastern energetic practices, with an academic foundation in human performance and sports psychology, coaching training through the Co-Active Training Institute, Kriya teacher certification from Radiant Body Yoga, and I’m a TQ Certified Coach in Transitions Intelligence.

Guided Breathwork Sessions

Discover the power of breath as a tool for performance, recovery, and deeper self-exploration. My personalized one-on-one and small group breathwork sessions are tailored to meet you where you are—whether you're an athlete looking to optimize endurance, someone seeking to optimize rest and recovery, or ready to explore the deeper shifts breathwork can unlock.
